ASPION G-Log
The robust, durable and cost-effective shock sensor ASPION G-Log enables the seamless recording of vibrations, shocks and temperature data during the transportation of goods and merchandise. The small, compact housing design meets the standards of protection class IP 50 and the shock recorder can be adapted to all individual requirements.
The ASPION G-Log shock sensor was specially developed for monitoring the transportation of sensitive goods and merchandise. The shock recorders are used in particular in mechanical and plant engineering, in the automotive and electronics industries and in the logistics and packaging sectors. ASPION G-Log shock recorders are also used for monitoring machine tools and in measurement technology.
The G-Log shock recorder is attached to the transported goods before shipping, initialized with threshold values and activated. During the entire transportation route, the shock recorder records any events that occur, such as shocks, vibrations or temperature fluctuations that lie outside the preset tolerance limit. The recorded data can be read out and automatically transmitted at any time using a smartphone app or PC software and USB card reader.
Features:
- Programmable limit values from 2g to 12g
- Reliably logs shocks of up to ± 24 g on all 3 axes as well as temperature as an event and at intervals
- ABS housing with protection class IP 50
- Recording of the temporal course of a shock on all three axes (X, Y and Z) with millisecond accuracy
- Enables precise analysis of the shock progression
- Allows conclusions to be drawn about the impact and assessment of the impact event
- Serves to optimize packaging
- Permanent storage of the first and the eight highest impact events
- suitable for air freight
- Not subject to labeling requirements
- Data can be read out via PC or smartphone app
- Developed and manufactured in Germany
- Ergonomic PC software facilitates operation and data readout - available in DE, EN, IT and CN
- Commissioning takes place with specification of threshold values and time-controlled recording
- Extremely small and light with a weight of 35 grams
Advantages:
- very easy to integrate due to its size and weight
- Suitable for disposable and reusable use
- long battery life
- favorable price/performance ratio
- low investment for increased transport safety
