Right of withdrawal for consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their self-employed professional activity.)

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the Tag on which the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Transport Control International GmbH, Am Knick 9, 22113 Oststeinbek, telephone number: +4940696387410, fax number: +4940696387425, email address: info@monitoring-shop.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, a fax or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal
 
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the Tag on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.

If you have requested that the services commence during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Grounds for exclusion or expiry

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services relating to leisure activities if the contract specifies a specific date or period for the provision of the services.

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of services if the trader has fully performed the service and only commenced performance of the service after the consumer has given their express consent and, at the same time, confirmed their awareness that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the trader has fully performed the contract.
