Liquid crystal forehead thermometer
Early fever detection not only helps to prevent the spread of illness, but also ensures faster treatment in the event of an outbreak. More and more companies are having to take the temperature of employees and non-employees before they enter the company premises as a precaution against coronavirus. The FDA-registered forehead thermometer, based on liquid crystal technology, offers a simple and cost-effective tool for monitoring body temperature. The use of the liquid crystal forehead thermometer provides a quick and accurate preventative measure that allows core body temperature to be taken in approximately 15 seconds. The result can be determined by the fact that the colors no longer change. As the temperature is measured non-invasively, the forehead thermometer is ideal for use in access control, children, surgical centers or patients in quarantine. These forehead thermometers, based on years of proven research and designed to last longer, are an essential part of any pandemic, flu or first aid kit. They do not require batteries or similar accessories. The measurement is contactless, as it is carried out independently by the person being tested.
Instructions for use
The forehead thermometers should be used indoors and at room temperature (approx. 20 °C to 30 °C / 68°F - 86°F). Avoid direct sunlight or intense heat when taking the temperature. Do not take the temperature if the person has eaten, drunk or exercised within the last 30 minutes, as there is a possibility of temperature fluctuations.
1. hold the thermometer at both ends and press it firmly on the dry forehead for approx. 15 seconds.
2. read the temperature on the scale of the thermometer on the forehead as follows
- green = correct body temperature
- blue: add 0.5 °C / 1 °F
- light brown: subtract 0.5 °C / 1 °F
3. clean the back of the thermometer with a soft cloth after the measurement
