Имате право да се одрекнете овог уговора у року од четрнаест дана без навођења разлога.
Рок за повлачење је четрнаест дана од дана –
када сте ви, или треће лице које сте одредили (а које није превозник), преузели робу, под условом да сте наручили једну или више ставки као део једне поруџбине и да су испоручене заједно;
- на који сте ви или треће лице које сте одредили, а које није превозник, преузели последњи артикал, под условом да сте наручили више артикала у оквиру једне поруџбине и да се они испоручују одвојено;
- на дату када сте ви или треће лице које сте одредили, а које није превозник, преузели последњу делимичну пошиљку или последњи предмет, под условом да сте наручили један предмет који се испоручује у више делимичних пошиљки или предмета;
Да бисте остварили своје право на повлачење, морате нас обавестити (Transport Control International GmbH, Am Knick 9, 22113 Oststeinbek, број телефона: +49 40 696387410, број факса: +49 40 696387425, адреса електронске поште: info@monitoring-shop.de) путем јасног саопштења (нпр. писмом послатим поштом, факсом или електронском поштом) о вашој одлуци да се повучете из овог уговора. За ту сврху можете користити приложени образац за повлачење, иако то није обавезно.
Да бисте испунили рок за повлачење, довољно је да пошаљете обавештење о коришћењу права на повлачење пре истека рока за повлачење.
Последице повлачења
Ако се одрекнете овог уговора, вратићемо вам све уплате које смо од вас примили, укључујући трошкове доставе (осим додатних трошкова насталих услед вашег избора начина доставе који није најјефтинија стандардна достава коју смо понудили), без непотребне одлагања и најкасније у року од четрнаест дана од дана када примимо обавештење о вашем повлачењу из овог уговора. За овај повраћај новца користићемо исти начин плаћања који сте користили за првобитну трансакцију, осим ако се изричито нисте договорили другачије са нама; у вези са овим повраћајем вам се никакве накнаде неће наплаћивати.
Можемо задржати повраћај новца док не примимо робу назад или док нам не доставите доказ да сте робу вратили, у зависности од тога шта наступи пре.
Морате нам вратити или предати робу без одлагања и, у сваком случају, најкасније у року од четрнаест дана од дана када нас обавестите о свом повлачењу из овог уговора. Рок се сматра испуњеним ако пошаљете робу пре истека четрнаестодневног рока.
Ви сносите директне трошкове повраћаја робе која се може послати поштом, као и директне трошкове повраћаја робе која се не може послати поштом. Трошкови за робу која се не може послати поштанском пошиљком процењују се на највише око 80 EUR.
Одговараћете само за евентуални губитак вредности робе ако је тај губитак настао због руковања робом које прелази оно што је неопходно да се утврди њена природа, својства и функционисање.
Основи за искључење или истек
Право на повлачење се не односи на уговоре
: - за испоруку робе која није унапред припремљена и чија је израда одлучујућа појединачна селекција или спецификација потрошача, или која је јасно прилагођена личним потребама потрошача;
- за испоруку робе која брзо увенула или чији рок трајања би био брзо прекорачен;
- за испоруку алкохолних пића чија је цена договорена у тренутку закључења уговора, али која се не могу испоручити пре него што прође најмање 30 дана од закључења уговора и чија тренутна вредност зависи од тржишних флуктуација над којима трговац нема контролу;
- за испоруку новина, периодичних издања или часописа, осим уговорa о претплати.
Право на повлачење преурањено истиче у случају уговора
: - за испоруку запечаћене робе која, из разлога заштите здравља или хигијене, није погодна за повраћај ако је печат нарушен након испоруке;
- за испоруку робе која се, због своје природе, након испоруке нераздвојиво помешала са другом робом;
- за испоруку аудио или видео снимака или рачунарског софтвера у запечаћеном паковању, када је печат отворен након испоруке.

Instructions for revocation
Revocation right
You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without specifying any reasons.
The revocation period is 14 days with effect from the day,
- on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, had taken possession of the products, provided you had ordered one or more products within the scope of a standard order and this/these product/products is/are delivered uniformly;
- on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, had taken possession of the last product, provided you had ordered several products within the scope of a standard order and these products are delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, had taken possession of the last part delivery or the last unit, provided you had ordered a product, which is delivered in several part deliveries or units;
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Transport Control International GmbH, Am Knick 9, 22113 Oststeinbek, Telephone number: +49 40 696387410, E-Mail address: info@monitoring-shop.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online by clicking on the corresponding button ("withdraw from contract here" or similar designation) on our website (monitoring-shop.de). If you use this online function, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) with information about the content of the cancellation declaration and the date and time of its receipt.
You can also electronically fill up and send the specimen revocation form or another clear declaration on our website (monitoring-shop.de). If you use this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation (e.g. via email) about the receipt of such a cancellation.
In order to safeguard the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification about the exercise of the revocation right before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall repay all the payments, which we received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs, which arise from that fact that you selected a form of delivery other than the most reasonable standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification about the revocation of this contract from you. We use the same means of payment, which you had originally used during the original transaction, for this repayment unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged any fees owing to this repayment.
We can refuse the repayment until the products are returned to us or until you have furnished evidence that you have sent the products back to us, depending on whichever is earlier.
You must return or transfer the products to us immediately and, in any case, at the latest within 14 days with effect from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is maintained if you send the products before the expiry of the 14 day deadline.
You bear the direct costs for returning the products that can be shipped via parcels as well as the direct costs for returning the products that cannot be shipped via parcels. The costs for products that cannot be shipped via parcels are estimated at approximately maximum 80 euros.
You must pay for any depreciation of the products only if this depreciation can be attributed to any handling with you that was not necessary for checking the condition, features and functionality of the products.
Criteria for exclusion or expiry
The revocation right is not available for contracts
- for delivery of products, which are not prefabricated and for whose manufacturing an individual selection or stipulation by the consumer is important or which are clearly tailored to the personal requirements of the consumer;
- for delivery of products, which can spoil quickly or whose use-by date would be exceeded quickly;
- for delivery of alcoholic drinks, whose price was agreed at the time of concluding the contract, which however can be delivered 30 days after the conclusion of the contract at the earliest and whose current value depends on the fluctuations in the market, on which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- for delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
- for delivery of sealed products, which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after the delivery;
- for delivery of products if they have been mixed inseparably with other goods after the delivery, owing to their condition;
- for delivery of sound or video recording or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after the delivery.
