Simple and irreversible control
The TiltWatch® XTR tilt indicator checks in a simple, immediately visible and irreversible way whether the upright handling you have specified has been maintained during transportation or storage. The indicator field turns red if your product at risk of tipping has been tilted more than 83°. This reliable indicator makes it easy to detect transport damage immediately and take appropriate action.
Robust and resistant
This tilt indicator is designed for the most extreme conditions and works perfectly in temperatures from -40°C to 60°C. The tamper-proof design with consecutive serial numbers ensures that each indicator is unique and protected against fraud. Adhesive and indicator are unaffected by humidity, temperature and other environmental conditions.
Easy to install and use
Thanks to the self-adhesive backing, the TiltWatch® XTR can be quickly and easily attached to any packaging. The indicator can also be attached with screws, nails or staples for additional stability. For square packages, two indicators should be attached offset by 90° to ensure seamless monitoring. The indicator is only activated when it is attached, which guarantees safe handling before transportation.
Immediate damage notification
With the TiltWatch® XTR, potential transport damage can be detected and documented immediately. This simplifies the claims process considerably, as any claims can be processed quickly and efficiently. The recipient checks the indicator when the goods arrive and logs the status, enabling transparent tracking.

Fitting the TiltWatch XTR
When installing the TiltWatch XTR tilt indicator, ensure that the indicator is fitted on the side at risk of tipping. If your product can tip on both axes due to a square base, we recommend fitting two TiltWatch XTR tilt indicators on two sides, offset by 90° from each other.

The warning sticker in DIN A5 format included in the scope of delivery should generally be used to improve visual visibility. The trilingual instructions in German, English and French ensure clear information for transporters within the logistics chain.
The TiltWatch XTR concept in 5 steps
Attach the TiltWatch XTR indicator + DIN A5 warning sticker to the packaging.
The carrier confirms the integrity of the indicator upon collection of the goods.
The goods receiver checks the indicator upon delivery.
The carrier must confirm any triggered or missing indicator upon delivery. They do not receive a simple receipt.
Following a thorough inspection of the product, it is either released or processed as transport damage.
Note the serial number Every TiltWatch XTR tilt indicator has its own serial number. Simply note this down in your records so that you can check afterwards whether replacement of the indicator can be ruled out in the event of suspected tampering.
