Automated temperature monitoring in the refrigerator: safe and simple With the testo Saveris 2 wireless data logger system, temperature monitoring is automated: you do not have to write down min/max values, read out data loggers or store the measurement data in a sorted manner. All measurement data is transferred wirelessly to the Testo Cloud and automatically archived there. You can access it at any time using your PC, smartphone or tablet to check the values or to provide evidence to inspectors.
Set advantage: perfect equipment for use in the refrigerator With this testo Saveris 2 set, you have the advantage that the set is put together for use in the refrigerator. In addition to the wireless data logger (and access to the Testo Cloud), you receive two temperature probes with a special ribbon cable that can be easily pushed through the refrigerator seal. (This keeps the sensor inside the refrigerator and the wireless data logger outside).
The set also includes two small bottles for filling with glycol, which serve as a temperature buffer. As soon as the temperature sensor is immersed in the filled bottle, the glycol insulates the temperature sensor and reduces its response time. This is useful to avoid false alarms when monitoring the temperature in the refrigerator. Short-term temperature peaks (e.g. caused by opening doors) are not significant. The measured temperature corresponds to the actual temperature of the stored goods. Propylene glycol, for example, is suitable for temperature monitoring in refrigerators; ethylene glycol is more suitable for applications in freezers below -20 °C.
