Product Description:
Scope of Application: The Food Buffer is intended for use with Neogen® Reveal® 3-D products (almond, coconut, egg, hazelnut, peanut, and soy). Please consult the respective product kit insert for procedural details.
Flexible Use: This buffer enables direct testing in a variety of food matrices and is tailored to food allergens such as almonds, coconuts, eggs, hazelnuts, peanuts, and soy.
Easy Handling: The testing procedure is easy to follow and meets the current Reveal 3-D standards for detection limits and quick result times.
Technical Details: The Food Buffer is designed for low detection limits of up to 5 ppm and supports the testing of food products as well as environmental samples and clean-in-place (CIP) rinses.
