Neogen® Walnut Protein Rapid Test Kit
The Neogen® Walnut Protein Rapid Test Kit is a qualitative lateral flow immunochromatographic assay designed to detect walnut protein residues in food, ingredients, clean-in-place (CIP) final rinse water and environmental samples.
One control line ensures that the test is working properly and the other two lines indicate non-detectable, low and high levels of walnut protein.
