The Neogen® Pecan Protein Rapid Test Kit is a qualitative immunochromatographic lateral flow test designed to detect pecan protein residues in food, ingredients, clean-in-place (CIP) final rinse water, and environmental samples.
A control line ensures the test is working properly, and the other two lines indicate undetectable, low, and high concentrations of pecan protein.
