Neogen® Cashew Protein Rapid Kit

The Neogen® Cashew Protein Rapid Kit is a qualitative immunochromatographic lateral flow test designed for the detection of cashew protein residues in food products, ingredients, clean-in-place (CIP) final rinse water, and environmental samples.

A control line ensures the test is functioning correctly, and the other two lines indicate nondetectable, low, and high levels of cashew protein.
