HOT HAND Indicator – Immediate Temperature Warning
The HOT HAND Indicator is a self-adhesive label that provides an immediate visual warning when a surface is too hot to touch. The indicator changes from black to red when the temperature exceeds 50 °C and returns to black when the temperature falls below 50 °C. This makes it a valuable tool for occupational health and safety (OHS) and helps to easily identify hot surfaces, even from a distance.
Thanks to liquid crystal technology, the indicator responds instantly and is reversible, so it can stay in place and be used repeatedly. The HOT HAND Indicator is suitable for all metal and plastic surfaces up to a maximum temperature of 120 °C. Simply peel off the backing and stick it to a clean, dry, and oil-free surface to indicate whether it is safe to touch or not.
This indicator is perfect for integration into your occupational safety program to protect operators. It can be used on equipment, machinery, pipelines, and other surfaces that can become hot.
