ASPION G-Log 2
Multi-way data logger for recording shocks, temperature and humidity
! NEW ! - Shock/vibration test according to transport standard IEC 60721/3/2
The ASPION G-Log 2 transport data logger measures and records shock events on the X, Y and Z axes traceably and accurately down to the millisecond level for the highest shocks. At the same time, it records interval- or event-based climate data such as temperature and relative humidity. This means that the transport loads and environmental conditions of your transported goods are recorded transparently, traceably and assignably at all times - particularly important in the event of damage. Reduce your costs for transport damage and improve your logistics processes.
The G-Log 2 is the first data logger for monitoring shock and vibration in accordance with transport standard IEC 60721-3-2 and is therefore unique on the market. It compares shocks and vibrations against the selected standard and class. This makes testing transportation conditions as easy as verifying compliance with the cold chain, for example.
Areas of application
The ASPION G-Log 2 was developed as a supplement to the ASPION G-Log especially for the transportation monitoring of sensitive goods and merchandise. The Aspion data loggers record valuable information during transportation, particularly for manufacturers in the mechanical and plant engineering, automotive and electronics industries as well as the logistics and packaging sectors. By measuring and storing climate data (temperature and humidity), its range of applications is significantly extended.
How it works
The ASPION G-Log 2 data logger is attached directly to the transported goods, initialized with threshold values and/or transport standard and class and activated immediately or time-controlled. During the entire transport route, the Aspion data logger records events such as impacts and temperature and humidity fluctuations at the set time interval, or measured values that lie outside the preset tolerance limits. Equipped with NFC and BLE for wireless communication, the data can be read out, evaluated and transmitted at any time using a smartphone app. If the packaging is not too shielding, the Aspion can also be read without opening the packaging. The data can be conveniently analyzed using the free PC software.
