The ShockWatch® Label QR impact indicator is a modern solution for shipment monitoring of impact-sensitive goods. It combines the proven visual ShockWatch® warning system with digital QR-based documentation in the SpotSee QR Cloud. This makes critical impact events immediately visible on the package and easy to document via smartphone scan.
When the defined impact threshold is exceeded, the indicator window turns permanently red. This provides a clear visual alert at incoming inspection, handover or shipment control that the package may have been mishandled and should be inspected more closely. The QR code extends this visual inspection with digital traceability: each scan records condition, time, location, photo and serial number in the SpotSee QR Cloud – with no app, no battery and no separate reader required.
The ShockWatch® Label QR series is available in different sensitivity levels. This allows the correct impact indicator to be selected based on package weight, volume and required protection level. Depending on the version, the indicators are suitable for highly sensitive goods as well as for more robust shipments where only higher impact events should be documented.
