Shock indicators from ShockWatch® allow you to monitor the transportation of sensitive products and determine whether a package has been damaged during transport. With a Shockwatch® clip, you can extend your control and examine not only the forces acting on the packaging, but also those acting inside the packaging - and thus influencing the product. These can be less strong outside the packaging than inside. At Transport Control you will find clips in various designs and different sensitivity levels.
Monitor the inside of the packaging with a Shockwatch® clip
The clip is attached directly to the product inside the packaging. As with the shock indicators, which are placed on the outside of the package, the clip turns red if the specified reference value is exceeded. However, an activated indicator does not immediately mean that your product has been damaged, but serves as proof that the guideline value has been exceeded. The clip can be attached during transportation as well as during use, allowing you to ensure proper and gentle handling.
We offer different types of Shockwatch® clips. In addition to the simple single versions, we also offer particularly small versions - the so-called mini clips - and double clips. The latter can be used to determine exactly from which direction the impact came:
- Both indicators red = vertical impact
- Left indicator red = horizontal impact from the left
- Right indicator = horizontal impact from the right
