Real-Time Monitoring of Refrigerated Vehicles

The data collected can be called up on the Thermotrack Webserve web platform. Simply use the browser on your smartphone, tablet or PC. A map shows you the location and the route travelled by your vehicles. The temperature is also displayed.

If a temperature threshold is exceeded, you will receive an alarm by email, text message or siren (acoustic or visual) on your PC.

The system is supplied pre-configured with an inbuilt SIM card and a communication package. This enables the transmission of measured values for 5 years. The measured values are transmitted every 15 minutes. There are agreements with over 120 operators worldwide for the transmission. Thanks to the pre-configuration, you do not have to worry about concluding GSM contracts.

The Bluetooth temperature data logger is waterproof and robust. It is installed in the cargo hold of the refrigerated lorry and transmits its measurement data from there to the GPS beacon via Bluetooth.

The GPS beacon establishes a Bluetooth connection with 1 to 2 Pixie Temp Bluetooth temperature loggers. Thanks to the integrated SIM card, it transmits the temperatures and GPS position every 15 minutes. It is plugged directly into the ODB socket (diagnostic socket) of the vehicle and thus ensures the power supply. If the power supply is interrupted, the internal battery takes over, e.g. when the vehicle's ignition is switched off.
